The products(plants) are non-returnable but if products(plants) are damage, destroy or dead we will send you again this product(plant). Compulsory send video and photos of broken or dead plants.(No Refund)

Plants are send without pot or bag in which will contain soil and cocopeat around the root.

As the product(plant) will come to you remove the plant from the packing after that immediately plant it in a pot or land and water it after that place the plant as per their condition like indoor, outdoor or semi-shade areas.

Even if the plant dies within three days after planting in the pot or in the ground the plant will send again. 

To be eligible for a re-send product, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
